Well, we have been open now at Gibraltar Trade Center for 2 weekends now, and we have had some memorable moments. The first moment was that which involved our FIRST COMPLAINT! ![]()
The client came in to receive a $20 Mani/Pedi deal that was purchased through a daily deal. We did the normal and greeted the client, and her friend, with a smile and a "Hello." The Nail Tech performed the services, and the clients were thanked for patronizing our business. After we captured their information, they left and we thought that we did a good job. A couple of hours later we found out differently on Facebook. Here is a copy of the post on Facebook:
"This was the strangest mani- pedi I ever had. No massage chair, No soaking, no scrubbing or filing callis. In the middle of Gibralter on a very un comfortable chair.. This should just be called a polish change because that was not a mani/Pedi.. Im NOT a fan of waterless service."
CRAVE Nails & Tats did not just become a whim that we decided to make happen. At least 1 1/2 years of research was put into the whole business idea. "We value our clients, and we are proud of what we can do because we try." There are a lot of people that let fear hold them back and they never know what can be. Just to be clear, we are addressing the issues that have been raised by the short lived client, and for future inquiries:
We hope that you will visit us and get to know us. We value what we have done, and look forward to new opportunities.
Until next time, "Be kind to each other." ![]()
