CRAVE Beauty Return/Refund Policy


  1. Product must be returned within 7 calender days from the received date, or order packing invoice to receive a refund to the payment used at the CRAVE Beauty checkout. Any product returned after 7 days will be issued a credit through PayPal.
  2. Products returned to stores that were purchased using an online payment system (i.e., PayPal, Bill Me Later, GOOGLE Checkout) will be refunded to your preferred credit card or issued a store credit for products only. 
  3. There are no refunds on FREE products that are given as part of any promotion.
  4. The original email confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with the return.
  5. Shipping charges are not refunded. 
  6. Online purchases returned to a store without the original receipt, applicable free gifts and pack slip are only eligible for exchanges, or store merchandise credit for products only.
  7. Exchanges can be made by return product to your local store for product of equal or greater value. Customer are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. A store merchandise credit will be issued for the difference in price and tax for exchanges of lesser value without a receipt.
  8. Store credit will be issued for returns without a receipt, or for returns that are not made within 7 days of shipment to the customer. 
  9. Rewards points for services cannot be used to purchase products online, or in store. 
  10. CRAVE Beauty does not accept COD's for returned products. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  12. RETURN PRODUCTS TO CRAVE Beauty BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS - Certain products in your order may be considered HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT). Hazardous materials consist of the following: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (i.e., nail polish, and items containing flammable, violatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. 
  13. Please contact us to receive information about the status of your refund. Please include: your name, mailing address used for shipment, email address, telephone number, and invoice number from your receipt.
  14. CRAVE Beauty will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
  15. FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE: A full refund is allowed within 7 days of the original purchase date. A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product, or FREE gift, providing the return is within 7 days of the original purchase date, and the FREE product or FREE gift accompany the return.
  16. FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE: A store credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is accompanied by the receipt, or gift receipt, and on a return that is NOT accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
  17. FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE: A store credit will be issued for returns made after 7 days from the original purchase date. 
  18. COUPON/REWARD CERTIFICATES need to be presented at the time of purchase and within the specified dates. Expired coupons/reward certificates will not be accepted. Prior purchases do not qualify for use with coupons/reward certificates.
  19. The $1 donated to CUT IT OUT! is not refundable in-store or online.
